Here at Smitten Sugar Spa,our goal is to create a one of a kind experience for each guest.
We specialize in Sugaring Hair Removal for Men, and Women. Sugaring is an ancient
technique at the forefront of the ever evolving spa industry offering a safe, gentle
alternative to previous hair removal methods. Sugar Paste is all natural; made out of
sugar, lemon, and water and is utilized at a low temperature making it great for sensitive
skin. Sugaring refines the hair and over time can lead to permanent hair removal.
Through much passion, patience, and practice the technique is learned by a Sugarist
and quickly becomes a favorite among guests. Sugaring is done by hand, no sticks or
strips making it skin and Earth friendly.
What to expect during your Sugaring Treatment.
When you come in for your session, it is suggested hair be AT LEAST 1/4 inch long.
Clean, dry skin free of oils and lotions is best for sugaring treatment.
You will receive a consultation, sugaring treatment, and home care advice.
Organic Spray Tanning
Spray Tanning is a process of tanning the skin through the use of a solution airbrushed
onto the body. Spray tan solution contains DHA, which reacts with the amino acids
in your skin to create a tan. Spray tan solution is all natural, oil free, alcohol free, and
hypoallergenic. We use rapid tan solutions which makes the spray tan process ideal for
busy, on the go, everyday people.
What to expect when you come in for your Spray tan session.
Pre and post tan instructions are emailed to guest when appointment is booked.
A consultation is done, you can wear a dark colored bathing suit or less if desired
and technician proceeds to spray the body. The solution takes a few minutes to dry
and loose fitting clothes are best for when you get dressed post spray. You will have a
wait time of up to 3 hours after session, then the solution is rinsed off. The tan
continues to develop after solution is rinsed. Spray tans last anywhere 5 to 7 days.
About the Owner.
Priscilla Kachel is a Licensed Esthetician, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Sugarist,
and Certified Spray Tan Artist. She began her career 16 years ago as a Masseuse
working in Chiropractic offices and various Spas in Southern California. Priscilla's thurst
for knowledge lead her to receiving her License in Esthetics, specializing in Sugaring Hair
Removal. Priscilla takes pride in turning a Spa visit into a Spa experience by giving full
attention to each guest and developing long lasting relationships. She is always keeping
up with the fast paced Spa Industry, while still maintaining a small discreet atmosphere,
and loves to share her knowledge with her clientele.
During her free time, Priscilla enjoys music, art, spirituality, travel, and spending quality time
with her Husband, two Daughters and close family.
